The strict guidelines and operational agreements for utilizing the Clipping Path Co. image infrastructure.
Please read the following Terms of Service before submitting your order to Clipping Path Co., a division of ARAMATIC360 LLC, a Wyoming LLC (“Clipping Path Co.”). These Terms of Service along with rules and policies relating to our services as stated on Clipping Path Co.’s website, including our Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA), (collectively, the “Agreement”) will provide you with information about what you can expect from our services and forms a binding legal agreement between us. Your use of our services constitutes your absolute acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Submission Guidelines & Zero-IT Ingestion
Please submit images that meet our guidelines for resolution and file format to achieve the best results. During your initial test batch, our QA team calibrates a custom 1-Page Brand QC Spec Recipe Sheet (locking in your required bit depth, ICC profile, 300 PPI Path 1 at 0.5px–1.0px inset, margin padding %, and .atn Action layer naming) and connects directly to your existing Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, WeTransfer, Frame.io, or MASV links—or mounts a persistent Shared Hot-Folder or Studio DAM Vendor Node (Capture One, Creative Force Overflow / Hybrid -> HUE, ShotFlow, or SFTP) for recurring daily studio drops.
2. Acceptance of Deliverables & Revisions
The returned asset will be deemed accepted by you upon receipt, unless you flag the asset for our Priority Feedback Loop within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Priority Spec-Compliance Revisions are included within this 14-day SLA window for any file that does not strictly match your locked 1-Page Brand QC Spec Recipe. Revision requests can be directed to your dedicated Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp channel, or by emailing studio@clippingpathco.com.
3. Clean-Room Security, AI Governance & 14-Day Data Purge
To guarantee the absolute security of unreleased seasonal IP, Clipping Path Co. processes all files inside a Zero-Device, Zero-Cloud-AI production floor under our Container-Level Blind Handoff protocol (anonymizing outer folder containers and client briefs with internal job codes such as VLT_261026_B01 while preserving 100% of your internal file-level EXIF, XMP, IPTC, ICC profiles, and SKU barcode filenames so your automated DAM/PIM ingestion never breaks). Client files are strictly prohibited from touching public cloud AI platforms or training external models. All source and processed assets are automatically purged from our storage fourteen (14) days after delivery, aligning strictly with our SLA revision window.
4. Complexity-Tiered Pricing, AI Triage & Two-Track B2B Billing
Clipping Path Co. quotes and bills batches according to agreed Optical & Structural Complexity Tiers, monthly SKU volume, or our Two-Tier AI Triage Model (a flat per-image Batch QC Audit fee across the full drop plus an Exception Repair fee applied only to the 15%–20% defective AI assets), with $0 monthly SaaS platform or subscription fees. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD).
We operate a Two-Track B2B Billing framework (with immediate US W-9 vendor onboarding available upon request): Track A provides per-batch, weekly, or bi-weekly automated billing via corporate card or ACH for commercial photographers and agile studios; Track B provides corporate NET-15 / NET-30 Purchase Order (PO) invoicing for established mid-market and enterprise accounts. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs relating to your order, except taxes on Clipping Path Co.’s income.
