Clipping Path Co. ("we" and "us") is the operator of this website. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Delivery Policies
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance.
Our standard delivery time for a normal batch of images is 24 hours. That time begins after you have finished uploading all of the images to be edited. The time does not begin when the order is initially submitted. If the number of images is more than 500, or the images are extremely complex, we will explicitly notify you of the expected timeframe before starting the project.
When processed, the images will be available at a secured internet location, the address/URL of which will be shared ONLY to you. In addition, CPC may permit retrieval through an FTP server or other secure alternatives. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt of the e-mail constitutes delivery.
In case you are unable to download the items you purchased, or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 7 days, the items will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
2. Refund Policies
Clipping Path Co. strives to provide services of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the results of your project, we will make reasonable corrections and amendments as necessary.
All revisions and refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any amendment request if the client changes the requirements from what was originally requested.
If the edited images follow the exact same quality standard as the initially approved sample image, Clipping Path Co. cannot refund that order. We do understand that sometimes things change outside of our control, so we may be able to adjust the images to meet your new needs at a reduced cost.
If a customer has downloaded their images and is unable to provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction (or a discrepancy from the original instructions), no refund will be provided.
