Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following Terms of Service before submitting your order to Clipping Path Co. (“Clipping Path Co.”). These Terms of Service along with rules and policies relating to our services as stated on Clipping Path Co.’s website, including our Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA), (collectively, the “Agreement”) will provide you with information about what you can expect from our services and forms a legal agreement between us. Your use of our services constitutes your absolute acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Submission Guidelines

Please submit images that meet our strict guidelines for resolution and file format to achieve the best results. Our dedicated production desk will advise on the optimal ingestion methodology during your initial onboarding.

2. Acceptance of Deliverables & Revisions

The returned asset will be deemed accepted by you upon receipt, unless you flag the asset for our Priority Feedback Loop within fourteen (14) days. All revision requests can be directed to your dedicated Slack channel or by emailing studio@clippingpathco.com.

3. Data Retention & Security Purge

To guarantee the security of unreleased IP, Clipping Path Co. automatically purges all processed assets from our active servers approximately thirty (30) days after initial delivery, completely aligning with our enterprise SLAs. When processed, the images will be available at a secured location accessible ONLY by your authorized team.

4. Pricing & Payments

Clipping Path Co. reserves the right to adjust its volume price matrices without prior notice. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD).

Clipping Path Co. extends dedicated lines of credit and custom billing cycles to enterprise volume partners on a case-by-case basis, in which circumstance we will invoice such partners on a structured monthly basis. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs relating to your order, except taxes on Clipping Path Co.’s income.
